Return & Refund Policy

We accept returns within 15 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached.

To initiate a return, please contact us at support@softsculptactive.com.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once the returned item has been received and inspected.

Items marked as final sale are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
